In 1987, its name was changed to "Iran Foundry Materials and Industrial Parts Supply and Distribution Company" (Private Joint Stock). The company's main office is located in Tehran, Kilometer 17 of the Old Road, Sazeh Gostar Industrial Complex (formerly Kafsh Melli), Bostan Street. In line with establishing a brand and selecting an economic and commercial name, the term "Sudico" was chosen as an abbreviation for "Supplier Distribution Company" and was registered in the Official Gazette of the country as the company's proprietary name for supply and distribution. The company's capital was increased from 5 billion Rails to 150 billion Rails in 2021.
